Rooms are modern and nicely furnished, breakfast is great. There is also a restaurant onsite with good prices which comes in handy if you arrive late. Considering the price and facilities you get (including free parking), it's a great value and would recommend it, with the big IF you travel by car and you don't go to Bologna often without the car.

This is a great hotel! It is in San Lazzaro Di Savena, which is about 8km from Bologna city center. The hotel itself is quiet, clean and great. It is located in a quiet location. They have a wonderful breakfast and the staff is wonderful! It has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the space. The hotel staff is very friendly and are willing to help you in any way possible!

Nice hotel located in the quiet area outside the Bologna. Room equipment was new and comfortable. Bed was really good. A/C was quiet. Parking was easy around the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, the best we saw this year in Italy. I felt in love with the area of local specialities. I´ve never seen that before and I think it´s great idea. There is nice small relax area with chairs and flowers, great palce for driking tea. I was surprised by profesional office chair in the room.

Everything you need and want from a good hotel. The room was large, clean and nice with good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

It's a great pet friendly hotel which is super quiet, plenty of space, lush green areas/lawns which was great as we had a pet. The place was clean, breakfast was alright and the staff were friendly. The beds are huge and so are the rooms which was a big plus!

We liked everything, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet. Parking was easy. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the location was good for a trip into Bologna as the bus stop was outside with buses every half an hour (not on Sundays)

Excellent location, ability to have a nice walk around, very good restaurant, good breakfast, nice areas to have a drink or coffee in the hotel. I wish I could stay longer.

Our room/suite was exactly like the photos, to be honest even bigger than we thought. There were some problems with our room when we arrived, but everybody in reception were really helpful and they settled everything as soon as they could. Breakfast was good.

Excellent choice, very nice hotel, helpful staff, really rich and tasteful breakfast. You can take the bus to go to the center of Bologna, there is a stop bus outside of the hotel (have your mind to take the correct bus when you return to the hotel after 21.00pm)

Very modern and spacious fancy hotel and rooms. Very good breakfast. Plenty of parking space.
